This agreement is not valid as to any event until full payment is received by Mass Attack Roller Derby for that event. Full payment for each event must be received by the deadline for that event or otherwise arranged in written form from an authorized MARD representative. Terms & Conditions: Mass Attack Roller Derby reserves the right to decline applications, or within 10 days’ notice, cancel applications, based on existing or new sponsorships and/or exclusivity rights that may be put in place for the event. Approval of the application is within the sole discretion of Mass Attack Roller Derby. Signor agrees to comply with terms and conditions of these applications and agreements as well as the event rules and regulations. Violation of the event rules and regulations or any violations of law will result in the forfeiture of sponsorship and/or vendor’s space. Sponsors and/or vendors expressly agree to waive any rights to recourse, to demand a refund, or to claim damages on such grounds. By signing below, I acknowledge I am accepting these terms and conditions, and I agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein, I will not hold Mass Attack Roller Derby, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, or volunteers responsible for any accident or injury incurred during the event. By signing this agreement I am stating that I have ownership of sponsor/vending company or have been authorized to sign on behalf of business/company/organization.
